Formed in 2005, Greystones HR Consulting brings over 40 years experience in handling HR, Reward and general management issues. Our directors and consultants have many years of experience in providing advice and support in HR, Reward and Business management at senior management and managing director level.
The company was set up to provide support to companies in three specific areas - Human Resources, Reward and Training.
Human Resource Support
Our Human Resource concentrates on providing employers with the every day employment support they need. We help organisations in all sectors from the micro employer with 2 employees through to large organisations with hundreds of employees.
Our specially developed Greystones Employment PackTM provides a complete package of 35 ‘ready to use’ forms and documents for employers. The format of the pack has been designed to enable any employer or manager to deal with day to day employment issues and provides guidance and ready to use forms from interview through to the appointment of staff, to discipline, grievance and dismissal. Our Employment Pack is designed to walk employers through its documents in an easy-to-read and clearly understandable way.
Our HR Support Package has been designed to help employers who are facing personnel problems and need the comfort of experienced HR professional support. We know our customers want to control their costs so we sell our Support Packages in 4 hour units. This support can be used to ‘hand hold’ employers through issues, or for consultancy on specific HR issues.
Greystones HR Consulting specialises in Reward or pay and benefits.
Reward issues are common to all business, especially larger companies. Getting your reward packages right saves time and money. As an employer, if you provide the right pay level and package for your staff, from shop floor through to directors, you can reduce labour turnover and absenteeism, both of which can be symptoms of deeper issues within the organisation.
Our specialist consultants bring director level experience in setting pay and benefits for all levels of jobs, developing bonus schemes or pay structures using our own “points factor” job evaluation scheme. Setting the pay and benefits of directors requires special knowledge. Our reward consultants bring many years knowledge and experience in structuring reward packages for directors that reflect the combination of risk, performance and reward that good directors demand.
Greystones HR Consulting delivers training in its specialist areas of Reward and HR.
In particular we deliver public courses and in-company training on Absence Management and Reward Management.
